Eventualmente nosotros no contactaremos con ningún Agente, de no contar nosotros con una lista de agentes que  puedan dar a Ud. el servicio requerido

La información podrá ser puesta a disposición de un Agente de Bienes Raices que sea socio o funcionario de Latin Home Inc., que cuente con las credenciales y experiencia que se requieren de estos profesionales.

Latin Home Inc podrá recibir una participación en las comisiones que obtengan los Agentes de Real Estate aqui referidos. El uso de esta pagina Web confirma que  Ud. tiene conocimiento de esta compensacion y  acepta tal arreglo de compensacion, y que tal pago se deriva de comisiones usuales que reciben  tales agentes.

Latín Web Inc. tratará de obtener razonables referencias sobre la experiencia y credenciales de los indicados profesionales.  Latín  Home Inc no garantiza o certifica la calidad del trabajo profesional del Agente de Bienes Raíces o Agente de Préstamo que Ud. elige para obtener sus servicios. Si Ud. tiene un reclamo por el servicio Professional, Ud. deberá seguir las disposiciones legales estatales y locales aplicables para proteger los derechos de Ud.  

Por el presente Acuerdo Ud acepta liberar a Latín HOme Inc (y a sus empleados y agentes)  y cualquier otra persona, firma o entidad (incluyendo a cualquiera de nuestros proveedores) por cualquier daño o reclamo de cualquier clase, conocido o no conocido, revelado o no, resultante de cualquier reclamo o disputa vinculado con los acuerdos de servicios profesionales o con cualquier otra materia que se relacione con el uso de este web site.
